Leah has successfully completed her Levels 1 and 2 Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal training through the Orthopaedic Division as well as concussion management. Outside of the clinic you can find Leah hiking with her dog, lifting weights, skiing, and enjoying the Vancouver food scene.

Dacia is a mother to two boys and one girl, who keep her very active. She enjoys outdoor activities like swimming, running, biking, and skiing and enjoys playing the piano.
Dacia graduated with a degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta in 2004 and completed her Diploma in Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy from the Canadian Physiotherapy Association in 2008. Her approach is patient-centered, combining manual therapy, patient education, and specific exercise prescription to assist each patient reach their goals. She possesses extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal injuries related to the neck and back, which includes injuries related to motor vehicle accidents, repetitive strain, traumatic work or athletic injuries, and symptoms related to postural dysfunction and muscle imbalances.

Tiffany
Tiffany graduated from McGill University with her Master of Science (Applied) in Physical Therapy and completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Commerce at the University of British Columbia. Tiffany is a strong believer in using evidence-informed practice to help her patients and will consider the various aspects of each individual’s life in order to provide patient-specific care. You’ll find Tiffany performing hands-on care, teach you exercises, and provide education regarding your body. Tiffany can speak Mandarin at a limited working proficiency and is fluent in English for both oral and written communication.
Tiffany has an interest in pelvic health and she’s further developing her skills in order to offer pelvic floor rehabilitation to patients later on in the year! She’s performed a research study on pelvic health and mentorship as well as investigated health promotion in adults. She has presented research findings at multiple conferences too.
When Tiffany isn’t at the clinic, she enjoys playing volleyball, skiing, hiking, walking her dog, and baking. You can also find her soaking in the sun whenever she gets the chance!
Fun fact: Tiffany was originally a patient of Dacia’s during her Bachelor’s degree, and this sparked her interest in becoming a physiotherapist.

Roger graduated with a Bachelors of Sport and Exercise Science and a Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. He places great value in tailoring therapy so it is patient centred and delivering the highest quality of service. He has a keen interest in exercise focused physiotherapy, based on the latest clinical research which he combines in his one on one treatment sessions. He is also skilled in dry needling and myofascial cupping techniques. He is fluent in both English and Cantonese. Outside of the clinic he has experience in boxing and a regular gym goer with extensive knowledge on weight training. Having to rehab himself from injuries sustained in martial arts, he has the personal experience of specialized rehab and returning to sports post-injury.

MATTHEW WONG

Matthew is a BCAK registered Kinesiologist with a passion for health and fitness. He is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who aims to help his clients understand their body and human movement patterns to help them reach their strength, aesthetic or performance goals while moving and feeling better! Matthew continues to learn and grow himself, currently taking a Biomechanics Specialist and Nutrition Coaching course. Matthew is looking for to help people who want and are willing to work to better themselves!

A former multi-sport athlete who found his passion for exercise and never looked back. With an educated background in health, fitness, nutrition, and optimal orientation of the body during movement, this trainer has all the tools required to help people of all ages find inspiration and build momentum as they progress towards their goals. Keenan not only makes you feel comfortable within this environment, but he will also provide insight and various educational cues to help you learn and better understand the importance of exercise and fitness. Aside from his credentials, he possesses the ALL IN mentality each and every session, and fully expects that same energy reciprocated by his clients. In this process of uncovering a brand-new version of yourself under his guidance, you will learn to integrate a healthy lifestyle into your busy schedule and have fun while doing it!

Outside of the clinic, Zoë is a dance teacher at Dance Express and thoroughly enjoys sharing her passion for dance with young children.
