“I really try to understand my clients, their goals, and their expectations. I want to figure out WHY the pain is happening, so I don’t just look at the area of pain; I assess the whole body to uncover contributing factors. I believe in strengthening and lifestyle change as part of a successful plan. No two treatment plans are alike! ”

“People often comment on my ‘magic hands’, but my hands aren’t magic. I excelled academically—I was at the top of my faculty in University, and I am a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy. Paired with that, I have extensive experience treating a huge variety of musculoskeletal injuries in people of all ages.
I solve problems quickly and effectively with what appears to be magic, but it’s just years of refining my knowledge and skills. The magic happens every day. People tell me I change their lives; tears of joy and gratitude are shed at the clinic daily. Being able to help my clients to this degree is what pushes me to continually improve.”
